FWA Recipe - Tasty Tumeric Shots!

Lemon, Ginger, Turmeric...try this wellness shot to help lower inflammation and help your immune system fight off getting sick. I've added this as part of my recovery routine. Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste. Some like it sweeter and others like more flavor from the herbs. ➡️makes 10-12 shots ➡️organic ingredients (don't want to do shots of pesticides) ✅1/2 cup cut turmeric root ✅1/2 cup cut ginger root ✅2 lemons ✅Raw honey ✅Black pepper ✔️Juice the turmeric, ginger and lemon - you can use a Vitamix ✔️add a liter (34oz) of C2O Pure Coconut Water - with the pulp! ✔️blend and strain pulp out with a FrenchPress Coffee Press ✔️add a dab of honey and cracked black pepper to the bottom of your shot glass ✔️pour in the strained juice ✔️party time 🥃📷
