In 2010, I woke up feeling like I needed to make a change. I was tired, unmotivated, and at 34 years old, the time was now to do something about it. At that moment I decided to do an at home workout that completely changed my mindset.
That for me was my turning point. Not only did I change my body, it lead me to find a higher purpose for my life.
The same struggles I had faced with health and fitness, I realized that many others had the same struggles.
